TO: SEA GATE NEIGHBOR
FROM: SG BOARD OF DIRECTORS
GREAT NEWS!!!
Starting November 24th a section of Country Club will be repaved!!!!
Back in April, the Board of Directors announced that the re-paving of CC was next on the list of projects. Enough funds have been saved and received from assessments paid to begin re-paving Country Club. There is enough money in the bank to pave from SG Blvd & CC, around that corner and down to Steamship. That is what we have the funds for at this point.
That process will begin as follows:
• The name of the company is Ernie Everett Site Prep & Demolition. They are out of Kinston, fully licensed.
• The equipment has already been brought in and Larry Lord has volunteered his empty lot for the staging area.
• The entire project will take about 10 – 14 days to complete.
• The bulk of the work will be done during the daytime with minimal impact during morning and evening ‘rush hour’ times.
• MOST IMPORTANT: there will be a foreman on site to ensure clear communication to avoid inconveniences getting in and out of your driveways.
• This is a very professional company that comes strongly vetted. There will also be members of the Board accessible and
visible throughout the project.
