Background: In order to continue to improve rainwater drainage throughout Sea Gate community, proper ditch gradient levels must be aligned and maintained including installed culverts for property access driveways and/or covered ditches. In accordance with this, Sea Gate Association, Inc will require property owners to submit a request for approval of intent to install a driveway culvert to be presented to the Sea Gate Association Board of Directors for approval. Requests submitted to the Board for review and consideration will be scheduled for review during next working meeting of the Board. Typically held on monthly basis. Emergency repair situations will be addressed as quickly as possible.
