Background: In order to continue to improve rainwater drainage throughout our Sea Gate community, proper ditch gradient levels must be aligned and maintained including installed culverts for property access driveways and/or covered ditches. In accordance with this and the county regulations, Sea Gate Association, Inc will ask that property owners wishing to install a culvert to first receive a guidelines document. You may call the office at 252.728.4126 and ask to speak with the Roads & Ditches from the Board and we will promptly work with you to ensure the drainage issue is properly addressed.
