Annual Association Meeting & BOD Elections
The 2026 Sea Gate Homeowners Annual Meeting and Board of Directors elections will be held on April 11th.
Meeting packets—including the agenda, candidate bios, proposed budget, and proposed assessments—were mailed to you on March 27th.
Event Details:
- Registration: Begins at 12:00 PM and closes promptly at 1pm
- Meeting Start: 1:00 PM
- You must be in good standing with your assessments in order to vote.
Voting by Proxy:
If you are unable to attend, you may vote by proxy. Blank proxy forms are available at the marina store desk or on the website
To submit a proxy:
- Complete and sign the form
- Designate a person who will attend the meeting and agrees to vote on your behalf
- Return the completed form (folded) to the marina desk where they have an envelope or mail it to:

If you submitted a proxy in the last election and wish to keep the same representative (who will be attending and agrees to vote for you), you do not need to complete a new form. Simply email Kelly Bartoletti to confirm, and your proxy will be carried forward. seagatetreasurer@gmail.com
