We have two announcements to share regarding long running legal actions with the Association. First, the NC Court of Appeals has upheld Sea Gate Association’s authority to levy and collect assessments. We will begin measures to address outstanding accounts.
Secondly, the attorney for Gary Hill has dismissed their suit against the Association and present/past board members. Since this is their second dismissal, the case can not be revived.
Sea Gate can now focus our energies on our future. Thanks to all who supported us over the years to accomplish these great outcomes!
